By purchasing an account, you accept all risks associated with its use. The website administration is not responsible for any blocks or other consequences.
Valid only at the moment of data transfer and with continuous video recording.
Do not submit duplicate requests for applications that have already been rejected, and do not pressure customer support.
Purchase = unconditional agreement with the rules.
The service provides informational access to gaming accounts, not being their owner.
Basic definitions and agreement participants

Website — robogames.store, through which remote sale of digital access (accounts) is carried out
User — an individual who is a visitor to the Website or uses the Website in accordance with its functionality
Buyer — a registered User who uses the Website to purchase Digital goods
Digital goods — virtual property intended for use via computer, smartphone, gaming console
Balance — an information service on the Website to reflect the amount of funds deposited by the Buyer
Contract conclusion conditions
Seller remotely sells digital access (accounts) through the Website
Contract is concluded as a retail purchase and sale agreement and/or services for providing digital access
The text of this offer is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation)
Acceptance is recognized as order placement/payment/confirmation 'Agree'
Seller has the right to change the offer; new edition takes effect from the moment of publication on the Website
Before purchase, the Buyer is provided with: product description (access), price, procedure, minimum technical requirements
Possible restrictions (including platform), blocking risks, Seller contacts are indicated
Legal grounds for providing access
Seller confirms legal basis for digital access disposal
Transfer is permitted by the rules of the corresponding platform (unless otherwise explicitly stated)
Buyer is aware that some services prohibit account transfer/sale
Any actions by the Buyer after transfer are carried out at their own risk
Conditions for access transfer and verification
Access data transfer time: after payment confirmation
Delivery moment is considered the first message with complete set of login/activation data and instructions
Within 24 hours, Buyer must perform authorization and, if invalidity is detected, send a request with evidence
Required evidence: continuous screen recording from purchase moment to first login
Warranty applies to access transfer moment and 1-hour period for initial activation
Digital access is compatible with PS4/Xbox, but login restrictions may occur due to regional settings
Warranty service conditions
Seller guarantees compliance with description at transfer moment and login functionality
Warranty does not cover blocks caused by Buyer actions
Seller may apply anti-fraud checks (KYC, IP/device verification)
Invalidity request processing time — up to 3 business days
Refund conditions
Contract withdrawal is possible before actual access transfer
After full access transfer, return is possible if description non-compliance
Refund is made using the same method as payment
Money transfer period — within 10 business days
If cheats/bots usage is detected, Seller may refuse refund
Website and digital access are provided 'as is'
Seller is not responsible for third-party services/payment systems/providers failures
Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order
Seller is not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law 152 and Privacy Policy
Buyer undertakes not to transfer received credentials to third parties
Leakage risks due to Buyer fault lie with them
Claims are sent to legal@robogames.store / through support chat on the Website
Response time — 10 business days
Disputes are resolved through claim procedure, then in court at Seller's location
Behavior rules and restrictions
Seller has the right to refuse access issuance/replacement in case of Buyer violations
Prohibited: insulting employees, using Website bugs, deceiving Seller
Prohibited: falsifying evidence, transferring data to third parties
Support messages not related to orders may be ignored
Seller does not perform hacking or illegal impact on accounts
Buyer undertakes to use purchased access exclusively for legal purposes
Criminal/administrative liability may arise for illegal actions
Seller is not responsible for Buyer actions after access transfer
In everything else, parties are guided by current legislation requirements
Administrator has the right to make changes to Rules unilaterally
Website use after changes means acceptance of new Rules edition
Disputes are resolved through negotiations within 30 days
These Rules are effective for an indefinite period
